At Say Speech, our mission is simple:
Empower Indian speech-language pathologists with quick, easy to use, culturally relevant digital therapy resources, so you spend less time searching and planning, and more time doing what you do best: helping clients communicate.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I’m Tanvi Sanghavi (MSc SLP, NLA Trained Therapist)
I’ve been a certified speech-language pathologist since 2021. I completed my undergraduate degree from Topiwala National Medical College, Mumbai. I completed my Master’s degree from All India Institute of Speech and Hearing, Mysore. I got my Avaz certification in 2023 and Natural Language Acquisition certification in 2024. I have worked directly with children and adults from diverse backgrounds in hospitals and clinics. One day while taking an online session, I noticed a recurring frustration: I was spending more time preparing materials than doing therapy. Every session required hours of searching, adapting, or creating activities often from resources meant for different cultures or languages. I wasted weekends pulling together websites, activities and play ideas I wished already existed in one place.
I knew there had to be a better way, a solution built for Indian therapists, by someone who does this work every day. So I started Say Speech with one goal: Create a digital library that supports your therapy right here, right now with no planning, no prep, no cultural disconnection.
Today, Say Speech offers a growing library of functional, play-based activities that:
1. Target multiple speech and language goals in every activity
2. Are easy to integrate into everyday life
3. Require zero preparation time
4. Are designed to affirm neurodiversity and respect each child’s unique communication style
Why We Exist
SLPs in India and around the world are incredibly dedicated but the tools available simply haven’t kept up:
- Most digital therapy systems are developed for Western contexts and don’t reflect Indian daily life or languages.
- Many therapists spend hours each week hunting for suitable activities, templates, or culturally relevant content.
- A lack of local language support and culturally adapted materials is a known barrier to adopting digital tools in speech therapy.
- As demand for speech therapy grows, especially in remote areas with few specialists, efficient online resources are no longer a luxury, they’re essential
We created Say Speech to remove these barriers and help therapists focus on what matters most: meaningful intervention and connection with clients.
